Extra Kids / Adult Policy:
- Kids 06 Years & below stay in the parent’s room on a complimentary basis, if extra mattress is not taken.
- Kids 06 to 11 Years @ 25% of room charge respectively.
- Adults 12 Years & Above @ 35% of room charge respectively.
- Maid charges @ 35% of room charge respectively.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
- Check-In – 1400 Hrs. & Check-out – before 1100 Hrs.
- Early arrival is subject to availability & cannot be promised at the time of booking. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Payment/ Billing Policies:
- To the confirmed reservation 50% payment is required of the total booking amount.
- In case of no payment is received. The resort may cancel the reservation without giving any notification and take other confirmed reservations on the same dates.
- In case of delay in payment, a holding period of 7 working days will be extended by the Resort at each stage. In the absence of payment beyond this period, the Resort will reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge the deposited payments as Retention.
- All balance payments towards the billing incurred during the stay to be settled at the time of Check-out.
- There is no provision for cheque acceptance at the time of check out.
- Please render your GSTIN details at the time of booking only otherwise the hotel shall not be liable to inculcate the same after check out.
- According to Indian Income Tax guidelines PAN Card Mandatory, if invoiced amount exceeds INR. 49,999/- on cash transactions.
- Cash payment of INR 1,99,000/- or more will not be accepted, as per Section 269ST of the Indian Income Tax Act.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

- 15 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 08 Days or More till 14 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 07 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
Cancellation Charges for Room Booking 10 to 30 Rooms
- 31 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 21 Days or More till 30 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 11 Days or More till 20 Days – 75% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 10 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
Cancellation Charges for Room Booking more than 30 Rooms
- 151 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 91 Days or More till 150 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 31 Days or More till 90 Days – 75% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 30 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
All Refunds after deducting Bank Charges or any other Processing Charges or Levies In case the Resort cancels the booking due to reasons other than Force Majeure, the Resort will refund the deposited amount within 15 working days. No refund of the amount paid and no claim for no show, short stay and for un-availed facilities.
