Garjiya Devi Temple
It is a famous temple of Goddess Garjiya, located around 14 kilometres away from Ramnagar in Garjiya village. Being close to Anantum Gateway Resorts it can be easily visited by booking a taxi or cab. The temple is on the bed of the river Kosi and is built on a rock. One can reach this temple by driving through the woods and climbing a steep staircase. The temple houses an idol of Garjiya Devi which is around 4.5 feet tall. Other than the idol of Garjiya Devi, the temple also houses idols of Lord Ganesha, Mata Saraswati, and BatukBhairava. Every year, thousands of devotees visit this temple during the time of KartikPoornima. The temple authorities commence an annual fair every year during this time. Barati Rau Waterfall is a beautiful and tranquil waterfall located near Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand. Strawberry Farm
As the name says, Strawberry Farm is famous for the assorted range of strawberries available here. It is known as Flying Sparrow Strawberry Farm and is spread over an area of two hectares. It is located at 3000 feet altitude and is quite close to the Bijrani Safari Zone. It can be reached either via elephant safari or by booking a jeep. The farm can be explored throughout the year due to the pleasant temperature. Other than the fresh handpicked strawberries, one can also get jams and jellies made from those fresh farm strawberries.
